Shipping, Returns, and Other Stuff

You can shop safely at Satin Bonnet Boutique. All payments are handled through PayPal with the buyer getting all of the protections offered by PayPal. Satin Bonnet Boutique will not have access to any financial or credit card information.
While it is our intent to make sure you love your purchase, due to the made-to-order aspect of our handmade items, we cannot accept returns on merchandise. We will allow returns only on defective merchandise with pre-approval from us.
If you need to return an item due to a defect, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items for our review to determine whether a refund will be allowed.
Processing and Shipping
We ship most of our handmade items within 3-5 business days. However, during busy periods, we can take up to 10 business days to manufacture your items. In no event will we take more than 10 business days to finish and ship your items.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. Each bonnet weighs approximately 3 oz.
Any available free U.S. shipping offers include First-Class mail through the U.S. Postal Service. Customers may wish to expedite shipping at customer's expense.
For International orders, we ship USPS First-Class International Package service. the USPS does not guarantee delivery for International packages after they leave the U.S., therefore, we suggest choosing USPS International Priority service if you would like insurance for your package. That being said, in our experience most First-Class packages arrive in a timely manner.
In no event shall Satin Bonnet Boutique be responsible for packages that are trackable and show as being delivered by the post office. We are only responsible for your orders up to the point where it is accepted and scanned by the post office.
